Design of Controllable High Voltage Charging System

摘要 高压充电系统用于对电容器等储能器件充电,主要技术指标为电压精度、充电速度和控制方式等。使用触摸屏进行远程监控,高压现场无人值守;以PLC作为本地控制单元,通过内置的PID调节器实现充电过程的闭环控制;采用单芯片设计RS 485信号的光纤传输电路,成本低、体积小;主控间和现场设备之间采用光纤作为数据传输介质,有效隔离放电干扰,提高系统可靠性。 A design of controllable high voltage charging system which is used to energize storage capacitors is discussed. The main technical index of the system are voltage precision,charging rapidity and control style etc. This long - distance control and monitoring system worked by operating a touching screen,which realized the unmanned watching at the h.igh voltage scene. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is used as the control unit of the system. Closed loop control is achieved by PID adjustment. A single chip design is used in the data, based on RS 485 communication protocol, transferring circuit which is connected to PI.C at the scene through optical fiber. The design can decrease the influences on the whole system brought by high voltage and heavy current produced by the high pulse power experiments on operational site. The system performs reliably, stably by rule and line.
