摘要
本文基于RS485现场总线结构,由智能仪表、D/A转换模块和工业控制计算机构成了实验回转窑控制系统。该系统由VB程序实现工控机与智能仪表和D/A模块间的通讯,采用组态软件设计了人机界面(MMI),组态软件通过DDE与VB服务程序交换数据。本文介绍了该系统的硬件和软件设计以及系统的特点。
A RS485 bus based on control system of an experimental rotary kiln is introduced. The control system is composed of intelligent meters, D/A modules and an industrial control computer, A VB program is developed to access data from field equipment to the industrial control computer and configuration software is applied to build the system man-machine interface. The DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) mechanism allows data exchanging between the VB application program and configuration software. The hardware and software design and the specialty of the system are introduced in this paper.
