摘要
从学院层面,研究实验室仪器设备管理的新模式。以提高仪器设备使用率和构建和谐实验室为目标,从仪器设备购置计划的制定、验收、使用和绩效考核几个方面规范实验室行为。制定实验室仪器设备管理原则,探索以制度促管理和以管理建和谐的工作思路。千方百计提高仪器设备的使用率,努力维护仪器设备使用过程的公平性。
The eight principals were mentioned in order to enhance the laboratory management and construct harmonious laboratory,including the purchase demonstrating,examining goods,credit evaluating on vendors,improving operation skills,special management,advancing efficiency,common using and charging for usage. We improve the efficiency of equipment utilization as much as possible to maintain the justice during the equipment utilization.
