摘要
分析了高校教学、科研仪器设备管理中存在的问题,并有针对性的提出了精细化管理措施,以此加强高校仪器设备管理工作,不断提升管理人员的综合素质,更好地为高校教学、科研服务。
With the rapid development of education , the scientific research fund is increased year by year , accompanied with some problems exposed in the instruments and equipment management .These problems will hinder the healthy development of management work . This paper analyzes the problems existing in the instruments and equipment management and provides some effective management measures to improve the ability of managers in order to serve the teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities .
