摘要
以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基-二丙烯酰胺作为交联剂,将玉米淀粉与丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸在水溶液中接枝共聚,合成了高吸水性树脂。结果表明,适宜的接枝共聚条件为:反应温度70℃,反应时间1 5h,丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸的质量比为15/1,淀粉占单体质量的20%,丙烯酸中和度为75%,交联剂和引发剂(占单体和淀粉)的质量分数各为0 05%、0 8%。在5%NaCl水溶液中吸盐率达58倍,在15%NaCl水溶液中吸盐率达38倍。
A super absorbent resin was synthesized,using starch,acrylic acid and acrylamide as raw materials,(NH4)2Ce(NO3)6 as initiator and N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as cross-linking agent.Effects of bath temperature,reaction time,amount of cross-linking agent,amount of starch,amount of initiator,ratio of acrylamide/acrylic acid and neutralization degree of acrylic acid on water absorbency of resin were studied.Optimum synthesis conditions were:bath temperature 75 ℃,reaction time 15 h,mass ratio of acrylamide/acrylic acid 15/1,neutralization degree of acrylic acid 75%,amount of starch up to 20% and amount of cross-linking agent and initiator in total raw materials 005%,08%,respectively.Salt-water absorbency was up to 58 g/g in 5% NaCl solution and 38 g/g in 15% NaCl solution.
