阐述了当前乌龙茶加工技术现状,指出闽南乌龙茶初加工技术存在的问题及今后发展趋势。
The current situation of tea processing technology were described in this paper, and existing problem and thedevelopment tendency of the primary processing of Min Nan oolong tea were pointed out.
