摘要
分析了在玻璃纤维细纱生产中,当拉丝中断并重新恢复时,纱线线密度的波动原因及影响因素。为了减小波动,采用漏板温度补偿方式,介绍了漏板温度补偿的作用机理并根据漏板控制阀位的变化,提出了如何合理设定漏板温度补偿方法,保证纱线线密度的均匀性。
The reason of Tex variation when fiber drawing is restarted after an interruption in the production of textile glass fibers is analysed. The function of bushing temperature compensation is described, and the mothod how to set the temperature compensation to guarantee the uniformity of Tex is stated.
