摘要
研究了紫外光纤用包层玻璃组分的变化以及外掺ZrO2对光纤包层玻璃化学稳定性的影响。结果表明,通过改变SiO2/B2O3、B2O3/Al2O3、B2O3/(K2O+Na2O)的值,以及适当增加外掺ZrO2含量,可以明显提高碱硼硅酸盐玻璃化学稳定性。核磁共振和红外光谱分析表明玻璃化学稳定性提高的主要原因在于Zr4+的加入促进了玻璃内部的[BO3]层状结构逐渐转变为[BO4]网络状结构。
The effect of borosilicate glass property and ZrO2-doped to muti-component fiber glass is studied in this paper, Results indicate that the poor chemical stability of borosilicate can be improved by increasing some ZrO2 and changing the ratio of SiO2/B2O3, SiO2/Al2O3, B2O3/Al2O3 and B2O3 / (K2O+ Na2O). The structure of the borosilicate glass is studied by NMR and IR spectrum technology. The spectrum results indicate that [BO3] changing into [BO4] is the reason of improving the chemical stability.
