摘要
采用超声波提取法、水提取法对罗汉果进行提取,通过分组对照试验研究罗汉果提取液对茄子、苹果、土豆的失重率、可溶性固形物、还原糖的影响。结果表明,用罗汉果提取液能够很好地解决茄子、苹果、土豆在贮藏保鲜中的失重、营养流失、腐烂等问题。同时也表明,经水提取法处理的样品效果明显优于超声波提取法。
In this paper, we extract the Momordica grosvenori through ultrasonic extraction, water extraction method. By the group controlled trials of Momordica grosvenori's different extraction methods, we measure the eggplant, apples, potato's weight loss, ratio sugar's reducing. Results showed that the used Mornordica grosvenori extraction dealt with the eggplant, apples, potatoes can be a good solution in the storage and prevent from weight loss, nutrition loss, decay, and other issues. It also shows that the water extraction method is superior to sample.
