摘要
目的观察支气管动脉灌注化疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法对16例经支气管动脉灌注化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效进行回顾性分析,统计临床症状缓解情况,并比较治疗前后病灶大小。结果所有病例咳嗽、咯血、胸痛等临床症状不同程度缓解;病灶大小:完全缓解(CR)0例,部分缓解(PR)12例,进展(PD)2例,稳定(SD)2例;显效(CR+PR)12例占75.0%,有效(CR+PR+SD)14例占87.5%;无严重并发症发生。结论支气管动脉灌注化疗非小细胞肺癌,近期疗效满意。
Objective To evaluate effects of patients with non - small cell lung cancer treated with （ bronchial artery infusion, BAI） chemotherapy. Methods Observe alleviation of clinical symptoms,and compare the size of lesions before and after treatment trough analysis of 16 cases of the BAI chemotherapy for non - small cell lung cancer patients. Results Of all cases, cough, bloody spu -tum, chest pain and other symptoms were relieved or disappeared, complete response （CR） , （ Partial response, PR） , （ Progressive disease, PD ） and （ Stable disease, SD ） in Lesions＇ size was 0, 12,2 and 2,respectively,and 12 cases（CR ＋ PR） ,accounting for 75.0% , 14 cases（CR ＋ PR ＋ SD） ,87.5%. Furthermore, no serious complications occurred. Conclusions BAI for non - small cell lung cancer patients is well - pleasing in the shortterm.
