摘要 目的探讨支气管动脉灌注治疗中晚期肺癌的临床效果。方法对86例中心型肺癌患者施行了支气管动脉灌注化疗。采用改良式Seld inger技术,行选择性支气管动脉插管。结果治疗4周左右复查,肿瘤消失、症状完全缓解13例,肿瘤缩小以及胸痛、气急、咳嗽等症状改善56例(其中肺不张复张12例),肿瘤无改变8例,肿瘤增大、症状加重9例,支气管动脉内灌注药物治疗后1年、3年生存率分为61.6%(53/86)和38.4%(33/86)。结论支气管动脉灌注化疗是治疗中晚期肺癌的有效方法之一。可以确切延长中位生存期,提高患者生存质量。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of bronchial arterial infusion technique (BAI) on advanced lung cancer. Methods Eighty--six lung cancer patients of center type were treated with BAI. Using modified Seldinger technique and super selective catheterization, anti- neoplastica agents was infused via the catheter. Results Through about four- week's treatment, the tumor disappeared and the symptoms alleviated completely in 13 cases. Tumor reduced in size and the symptoms of chest pain, spirit nasty, cough etc. improved in 56 cases (Among them, the lung was flaring again in 12 cases). Tumor didn't change apparently in 8 cases. The tumor enlarged and the symptoms aggravated in 9 cases. The survival rates of bronchial arterial infusion medicine treatment were 61.6% and 38.4 %, respectively, after 1-year and 3-year treatment. Conclusion BAI is one of the most effective therapeutic methods for advanced lung cancer treatment. It can prolong the patients' life and improve their quality of life.
