摘要
总结我科自1978年至1986年共收治乳腺癌病人112例,全组均为女性,年龄28岁～75岁,我们主张对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期病人倾向以仿根治术,Ⅲ期实行根治术,非浸润性及年老者行全乳腺切除,术后根据细胞动力学特点,可选用两种以上的抗癌药物联合用药。
One hundred and twelve patients (all female, age of 25years old～75 years old) with breast cancer were treated from 1978 to 1986. According to our experience, We suggested that the patients with breast cancer in stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ be treated with modified radical mastectomy and that the old patients or patients with noninfiltrative breast cancer be treated with simple mastectomy according to the principle of cell kinetics. Combination of two or more anticancer drugs should be administered in the postoperative treatment.
