摘要
社区卫生服务模式转变对"以条为主"的疾病预防控制工作带来挑战。本文对上海市闵行区社区团队开展疾控工作的现状进行了阐述,目前闵行区团队开展的疾控工作包括3大类15项,基本遵循"因地制宜"、"量大为先"、"技术简便"三大原则,社区团队发挥了广覆盖、医防结合、综合服务等优势,为社区居民提供安全、有效、便捷、经济的公共卫生服务和基本医疗服务。社区卫生团队开展疾控工作中存在着人力资源不足、工作质量不易控制、团队功能有待探讨等问题。建议加强人力资源建设、扩大培训、细化指标、建立示范、加强质控,不断完善社区团队建设,更好地服务居民。
The transformation of the community health service mode brings challenges to disease prevention and control work Which was accustomed in ＂upper and lower level＂ mode. The present status for disease prevention and control work of Community Health Service Team at Minhang District was firstly expounded, including 3 major classifications and 15 details. The team followed the three principle, i.e. adapting to local demands, taking priority to mass problems, using simplest technology. The team provided a safe, effective, convenient and economic public health service and basic medical services with the advantage of wider coverage. The present problems of the team include human resource shortage, working quality not easily controlled, functional localization, etc. For better services to the residents, to strengthen human resources construction, expand training, establish a demonstration and strengthen the working quality were suggested.
