摘要
用ＨＰＬＣ法测定罗红霉素胶囊的溶出度，方法可靠，选择性好，灵敏度高，回收率为９９．３３％，变异系数为１．０２％。
The HPLC method was applied to determine the dissolution of roxithromycin capsules. The method is reliable and sensitive. The recovery was 99.33% and coefficient of variation was 1.02%.
