摘要
本文研究了国内5家药厂生产的5种诺氟沙星胶囊的溶出度并利用威布尔处理求得溶出参数,结果表明溶出参数t_d之间具有显著性差异.同时采用紫外分光光度法测定诺氟沙星胶囊在健康人体内的尿药浓度,其相对生物利用度为70.64%.
Dissolution rates of five norfloxacin capsules produced by five pharmaceutical factories were studied. The dissolution parameters were obtained by means of Weibull distri-bution. The results showed that td had significant differences. At the same time, the nor-floxacin concentration was measured in urine by UV spectrophotometry. The relative bioavailability of norfloxacin capsule was 70. 64 %.
