摘要
为考察不同耐温等级复合材料预浸料自动铺带工艺适宜性,研究了不同环氧及双马树脂体系预浸料的室温粘性,并给出预浸料分级的评分方法。结果表明:低温环氧LT03A/T700、中温环氧3234/T700、高温环氧5228A/T700为1级,适合室温自动铺带成型工艺;低温环氧LT03/T700、高温环氧5228/T700、双马5429/T700为2级不适合室温自动铺带成型工艺。对确定的预浸料体系自动铺带工艺适宜性方法进行了自动铺放工艺验证,证明预浸料体系自动铺带工艺适宜性的判定方法是有效的。
For investigating the molding suitability of the different temperature levels prepreg composite with automated tape performance,the prepreg viscosities at room temperature with different epoxy and bismaleimide(BMI) resins were studied,and a score for classification of prepreg method was approved in this paper.The result shows that,LT03A/T700 with low-temperature,3234/T700 with middle-temperature epoxy,5228A/T700 with high temperature epoxy is classified as 1level and is suitable to automated tape performance at room temperature, while LT03/T700 with low-temperature epoxy, 5228/T700 with high-temperature epoxy, BMI5429/T700 are classified as 2-level and is unsuitable to automated tape process at room tempera- ture. The prepreg molding suitability experiment of automated tape performance confirms the effectiveness of the ,score for classification.
