摘要
针对某中介机匣焊接组合件支板内孔加工中存在的技术瓶颈问题,对其机械加工工艺性进行了分析、研究,在零件研制过程中进行摸索,设计了可行的加工方案,采取了一些有效技术措施。通过零件工艺验证试验证明,可以达到预期的技术、质量指标要求。
This thesis focuses on the bottleneck problem existing the process of machining inner holes on the welding assembly of some intermediate casing,analyzes the mechanical machining technology features,fumbles in the parts of the developed process,then the feasible machining scheme is designed and some effective technical measures are applied. The processing experiments prove that the parts machining can meet the requirements of technical quality index of expected.
