摘要
大学生对学校的信任具体表现为:对同学的信任、对教师的信任、对管理人员的信任。通过对大学在校生的问卷调查研究表明:大学生对教师的信任度较高,对行(教)管人员信任度较低;总体信任不够理想,也存在一定的差异。建议在和谐校园建设中应重视校园文化建设,营造信任氛围。
The students＇ trust in university consists of the trust in classmates, trust in teachers, trust in administration staff. By this survey, the author finds that the students have strong trust in teachers and weak trust in administration staff. Generally speaking, there is difference in confidence in different people and the total result is not satisfactory. Hence in order to enhance the students＇ trust, the cultural construction should be emphasized in universities.
