摘要
目的了解我市集体食堂食品安全状况,为做好集体食堂食品安全监管工作提供依据。方法设计调查表对市区范围内的集体食堂进行现场检查和监测。结果2006-2008年仙桃市集体食堂的有效卫生许可证持证率分别为82%、87%、93%,餐饮具消毒抽样合格率在72%~83%之间。结论必须加强集体食堂食品安全监督管理。
Objective The purpose of the eollective understanding of our city canteen food security situation, in order to do a good job in the collective supervision of canteen food safety to provide a basis. Methods Questionnaire designed for the urban areas within the seopo of collective canteens to carry out spot checks and monitoring. Results The results of the 2006 -2008 collective canteens Xiantao valid health permit holder＇s rates were 82%, 87% , 93% , the passing rate of the sample tableware disinfection in between 72% - 83%. Condusion need to strengthen collective canteen food safety supervision and management.
