摘要
随着高职教育的飞速发展,目前高职院校学生的特殊性给班主任工作提出了更高的要求。针对高职院校的特点,如何做好班主任与学生的沟通已成为高职院校教育工作者亟待探讨解决的问题。高职院校的班主任必须具备较强的沟通能力,掌握良好的沟通方法,才能顺利开展各项工作。结合自己的实际工作,提出班主任与学生沟通的方法。
With the rapid development of higher vocational college,the particularity of higher vocational college students puts forward higher requirements to headteacher s work.According to the characteristics of higher vocational college,how to do well in communication between headteacher and students has become a problem which is urgent to study and solve for the educators of higher vocational college.Headteacher of higher vocational college must have the communication ability and master the communication method in order to develop various work successfully. Combined with my own practice practical work, communication method between headteacher and students is proposed.
