摘要
采用正戊烷为溶剂,利用超临界溶剂抽提精密分离装置将沙特阿拉伯减压渣油抽提分离为16个窄馏份,对抽出油及减压渣油进行了较为全面的性质和组成分析。并在小型固定流化床上对上述原料进行催化裂化反应。结果表明,抽出率小于57%的抽出油其性质和组成符合催化裂化原料要求,可以直接进行催化裂化,若与减压馏份油混炼,效果更好,并得到了反应产品分布与原料性质及表征渣油特征的特性因数KH之间的关系。从而为合理加工沙特减压渣油提供了基础数据和依据。
By SCFE unit using pentane as solvent, the Saudi Arabian vacuum residue was separated into 16 narrow fractions. The properties and composition of the narrow fractions and the VR were analyzed. The catalytic cracking reaction was carried out in a fixed fluidized bed reactor using RHZ-200 catalyst at 500℃. Results indicated that when the extraction yield is less than 56.6% extracts can be directly use for catalytic cracking, and better results can be achieved when blending with VGO. The correlation between the feed properties and the characterization factor K H and product distributions were obtained. The results can be used to determine the processing scheme of processing of Saudi Arabian vacuum residue.
