摘要
采用正戊烷为溶剂,利用超临界溶剂抽提精密分离装置将胜利减压渣油抽提分离为15个窄馏分,考察了前13个窄馏分的催化裂化性能,结果表明:拔出率小于60%的抽提油具有良好的催化裂化性能,可以直接进行催化裂化,若与减压馏分油混合,则情况更好;拔出率为60~69%的抽出油,其裂化性能与减压渣油相当;抽出率大于70%的馏分焦炭产率高,不宜作为裂化原料.
By supercritical fluid extraction using pentane as solvent, the Shengli vacuum residue was extracted and then fractionated into 15 narrow fractions. The catalytic crackabilities of the first 13 fractions were investigated. Results indicated that when the extraction yidd is kss than 60% extracts having superior crackabilities can be directly used for catalytic cracking, and bet(?)er re-sults can be achieved when blending with vacuum distillates. Crackabilities of extracts with 60% ~ 69% extraction yield are competitive with that of the vacuum residue, but extracts with extraction yield higher than 70% have higher coke yidd and are not suitable for FCC.
