摘要
在自建的催化裂化微型反应装置上,实现了胜利减压渣油及其胶质组分的催化裂化反应。通过对原料中饱和分、芳香分、胶质的结构组成参数及催化裂化反应产物分布的分析,考察了各个组分中每个部分(芳香环、环烷环及烷基侧链)在催化裂化过程中的裂化行为,提出了胜利减压渣油中胶质及饱和分、芳香分的催化裂化反应途径。
The catalytic cracking behavior of resins and its subfractions (light, medium and heavy resins) from Shengli vacuum residue was investigated in an elaborately designed reactor system. The experimental results showed that the reaction product distribution depended strongly on the chemical structure and properties of the reaction samples. Based on the analysis of chemical structure parameters and products distribution of resins, aromatics and saturates from Shengli vacuum residue,the catalytic cracking reaction features of them were discussed.
