摘要
在当前的教师培训中,主要存在培训标准升级与教研负荷加重之间的冲突、培训需求攀升和培训供给短缺之间的冲突、培训模式诉求与培训方式现状之间的冲突、培训资源统筹共享与条块分割功利追求之间的冲突。这些冲突具有相对性、内部性、潜隐性,但却是可以调适的,被称为非对抗性冲突。这些非对抗性冲突产生的主要原因可归纳为:有教师培训认知上的偏差、师资薄弱、模式单一、管理缺位等。
There exist several conflicts in-current teacher training, such as conflict between the upgrade of training standards and the augment of teaching and research tasks, conflict between the increase of training demand and the shortage of training supply, conflict between sharing training resource and pursuing utility to divide training resource. These conflicts are relative, internal and hidden, but they are nonantagonistic conflicts because they can be adjusted. The deep reasons that cause these conflicts are the cognitive bias of teacher training, the shortage of teachers, the monotony: of training mode, and the vacancy of management.
