摘要
用访谈、问卷调查等方法,对参与2012年贵州省中小学骨干教师培训的教师们进行研究,通过数据的统计分析,从成人学习心理的角度分析影响参训教师们学习兴趣的相关因素,发现培训中存在的问题,为相关各级单位提供参考借鉴,以达到提高培训效果的目的。
With the method of interview, questionnaire, etc. , a survey was carried out on the teachers who participated in the backbone teacher training for primary and middle schools in Guizbou Province in 2012. Then based on the statistical analysis of data and in the perspective of adult learning psychology, the paper analyzes relevant factors affecting teachers'learning interest, and discovers the problems existing in the training. Finally, it provides references for the units and departments related to training at all levels so as to achieve the goal of improving the training.
