摘要
分析大直径高强度镀锌钢丝拉拔困难的主要原因在于锌-铁合金层较厚、钢丝中碳含量和锰含量较高。通过采用小压缩率多道次拉拔工艺,减少锌-铁合金的厚度,积极采用人工时效工艺等解决了拉拔困难的问题。
It is indicated by analysis that the main causes of difficulty of drawing high strength thick galvanized steel wire are thicker Zn-Fe alloy coat and higher carbon and manganese contents. The drawing difficulty is settled by adopting small draught and multi-pass drawing process, reducing the thickness of Zn-Fe alloy and using artificial aging process actively.
