摘要
在铸态下直接使用的第三代耐磨材料高铬铸铁性能不稳定,而热处理易产生表面脱碳。氧化和局部过热等缺陷,尤其对于大型复杂铸件会团热处理淬裂而报废。鉴于此,通过多元合金化与控制铬碳比,同时采用稀土镁合金变质处理,从而改善了高铬铸铁的组织年性能。试验结果表明,在高铭铸铁中添加适量的稀土镁,可明显地细化其组织,改善碳化物的分布形态,使其铸态机械性能达到或超过Ni-bard1号水平,在pH=6的弱酸性介质中,其冲蚀磨损率比Ni-hard1号低30%,且成本较低,表明新研制的高铬铸铁具有广泛应用前景。
The high chromium cast iron has unstable properties. HeattreatInent of the cast iron will result in surface caboloss, oxidizing and local overheating. Especially large-size colnplicated castings may be abandoned owing to hardeningcrack. By mous of multi-alloying and chromiun carben ratio contlnl, and by adopting RE-Mg alloy modification, themirostructure and properties of high chromium cast iron are improved. Test result shows that, by adding proper amount ofRE-Mg in high chromitun cast iron, the microstructure of the cast iron can he refined remarkably, the distribution pattemof carhide can be improved, and its mechanical pinperties reach or exceed that of Ni-hard 1 type alloy white cast ironwith lower cost. This newly developed high chromitun cast iron will find wide use.
