摘要
硬镍合金铸铁是一种良好的抗磨材料 ,但由于其碳化物呈网状和组织粗大 ,使其韧性低和性能不够稳定。为此 ,研究了稀土变质处理对硬镍合金铸铁组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,稀土变质处理 ,可使硬镍合金铸铁的碳化物呈块状或片状 ,组织得到明显细化与均匀化 ,并增加马氏体含量。因此 ,稀土硬镍合金铸铁具有良好的综合机械性能和较高的抗冲蚀磨损性能 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
Hard nickel cast iron is a kind of good wear resistant material,but its carbide formed as reticulation and microstructure was coarse,resulting in low toughness and unstable properties.The influence of rare-earth modification on the microstructure and property of the cast iron was studied.THe experimental results showed that the carbide appeared as lump or sheet,the microstructure was homogeneous and refined remarkably by adding proper amount of rare-earth in the hard nickel cast iron,also the amount of martensite enhanced,and therefore,the rare-earth hard nickel cast iron possessed good mechanical property and higher erosion wearability resistance.This new type of cast iron will be of utilization in industry.
