摘要
研究了以4-氨基安替吡啉(4-APP)为显色剂,用一阶导数分光光度法直接测定炼油厂污水中微量苯胺的最佳条件。在pH5.5的HCl-(CH2)6N4缓冲溶液中,4-AAP与苯胺生成的配合物有较高的灵敏度,加入OP乳化剂显著地增加了其稳定性,用导数法的零交技术消除了苯酚等的干扰。本法的线性范围在0~40μm/50ml,检出限为0.07μm/ml,加标回收率在95%~109%之间。
