摘要
该法省去了萃取、蒸馏、显色、酸化等预处理步骤,采回水样直接测定。苯酚和苯胺的摩尔吸光系数分别是3.6×10 ̄4和1.7×10 ̄4。对合成水样进行分析,相对误差≤±4.10%,相对标准偏差≤3.44%。对炼油厂水样进行测定并进行加标回收试验,苯酚、苯胺的回收率分别为98.3%-102.3%和96.7-105.2%,结果良好。
In this paper,the method of simultaneous direct determination of phenol and aniline inthe waste water in oil refinery by first derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry is proposed.The sample,for which pretreatment steps such as extraction,distillation,colour develop ment,acidification are not needed,is directly determined in the method.The molar absorp-tivities of phenol and aniline are 3.62 × 10 ̄4 and 1.73 × 10 ̄4.The synthetic sample and thesample in oil refinery were determined by the method,the relative error is less than ±4.1%,the relative standard deviation is less than 3.44%, and the rates of recovery of phenol andaniline are 98.3%-102.3%and 96.7%-105.2%;the results are satisfactory.
