摘要
用自制的固载杂多酸催化剂ＰＷ１２／Ｃ复相催化合成增塑剂二苯甲酸二甘醇酯（ＤＢＤＥ），通过实验确定了合成ＤＢＤＥ的适宜工艺条件为：苯甲酸３０ｇ，二甘醇１０．４ｍｌ，催化剂２．１ｇ，带水剂Ｎ２流量２００ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，反应温度１８０℃，反应时间３ｈ，在此条件下酯化率可达９８．５％。重复实验表明，该催化剂具有良好的稳定性。
Supported heteropolyacid catalyst PW12/C was prepared and used in the heterogeneous catalytic synthesizing of DBDE. It was observed that the catalyst shows a high catalytic activity and a high stability. The most suitable conditions for the reaction are as follows:benzoic acid 30 g,diethylene glycol 10.4 ml, water carrier N2 200 ml/min,catalyst 2.1 g, reaction time 3 h, reaction temperature 180 ℃. Under these conditions, the esterification rate can reach 98.5%.
