摘要
离心式叶轮是离心压缩机产品的核心零件,结构形状复杂,对其开展参数化建模研究可提升设计质量和效率。分析了三维CAD平台下离心式叶轮三维建模的一般步骤,构建了采用SolidWorks API的参数化建模方案。分别讨论了叶片、轮盘和轮盖的参数化建模实现原理。以Visual Basic为开发工具,在SolidWorks环境下实现了离心式叶轮的参数化自动建模。应用实例表明,在该软件支持下可高效地进行离心式叶轮的参数化设计与优化。
