摘要
以零件模型是否易于复用为标准,运用分类分层的方法确定了带式输送机输送带、滚筒、托辊、张紧装置等四大类标准件。以VB6.0为开发语言,对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,利用"宏录制"功能辅助实现快速编程,建立了带式输送机标准件模型库,并将其作为插件与SolidWorks无缝结合,解决了SolidWorks软件缺少带式输送机标准件库的问题,提高了设计效率。
According to standard of whether standard parts model are easy to be reused,the belt conveyor standard parts model is classified as conveyor belt,roller,support roller and tensioning devices.With integral programming environment of VB6.0,the second development of SolidWorks software was accomplished,and ＂macro recording＂ function for fast programming aid was applied,the belt conveyor standard parts library was realized.Ultimately,it was seamless integration with SolidWorks in way of plug-in.This issue of SolidWorks software lacking of belt conveyor standard parts library was solved and design efficiency is greatly improved.
