摘要
本文在参数化建模和基于结构参数化有限元分析思想的基础上,以航空发动机典型零件鼠笼式弹性支承为例,讨论了参数化建模、参数化有限元分析在商业软件二次开发语言UG/OPENGRIP和APDL(ANSYSParametricDesignLanguage)中的实现方法,并且利用VC程序对参数进行控制,实现参数化建模、参数化有限元分析的集成,使得设计分析成为一个整体。结果表明,该法实现了CAD/CAE的结合,缩短了机械产品的设计分析周期,减少了设计分析人员的工作量。
In this paper,based on the theories of parametric modeling and parametric FEA (finite element analysis),the method of parametric modeling and parametric FEA of elastic bracket of aero-engine is discussed by using second development language UG/OPEN GRIP and APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language). Parameters are controlled by using program of VC,meanwhile parameters are exchanged between parametric modeling and FEA. In this method,design and analysis become a whole. The results show that the method shortens the period of structural design and analysis,and reduces the workload of designer and analyzer.
