摘要
目的:探讨尖锐湿疣患者血清IL-4、IFN-γ检测的意义。方法:通过检测不同病程尖锐湿疣患者血清IL-4、IFN-γ含量,并比较不同病程尖锐湿疣患者IFN-γ/IL-4比值。结果:IFN-γ/IL-4比值初发组为1.23±0.22,复发组为1.85±0.35,治愈组为3.30±0.59,对照组为3.10±0.56;IFN-γ/IL-4比值初发组低于复发组(P<0.05),复发组则明显低于治愈组、对照组(均P<0.01),治愈组、对照组比较差别不明显(P>0.05)。结论:不同病程尖锐湿疣患者血清IFN-γ/IL-4比值存在明显差异,临床上可以通过检测外周血IFN-γ、IL-4含量,计算IFN-γ/IL-4比值作为评价治疗效果和判断预后的指标。
Objective To study the significance of detecting serum levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in patients with condyloma acuminatum（CA）.Methods Serum contents of IL-4 and IFN-γ were determined with ELISA in 93 patients with CA and 30 controls.Of the 93 patients,45 were newly diagnosed,25 were recurrences within 6 months and 23 were without recurrence at 6th month.Results The IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio in newly diagnosed group,recurrent group,non-recurrent group and control group was 1.23 ± 0.22,1.85 ± 0.35,3.30 ± 0.59,and 3.10 ± 0.56 respectively,IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio of recurrent group was higher than that of newly diagnosed group（P〈0.05）,while significantly lower than that of non-recurrent group and control group（all P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference between the ratios of non-recurrent group and control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio was significantly different among CA patients with different disease courses,which could be used as an indicator for evaluating treatment effect and predicting prognosis.
