摘要
目的探讨高频电针联合匹多莫德治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用高频电针治疗,同时口服匹多莫德,治疗前、后分别检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群;对照组采用高频电针治疗。两组均观察6个月内皮损复发情况。结果试验组复发率22%,对照组复发率50%,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均增高。结论高频电针联合匹多莫德治疗女性尖锐湿疣疗效好,可能机制是提高了机体免疫力。
Objective To observe the curative effect and mechanism of high-frequency eletro-surgery and pidotimod on treating condyloma acuminata of female.Methods The patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The experiment group received high-frequency eletrosurgery and pidotimod.The control patients were treated with high-frequency eletro-surgery.T-lymphocytes subgroup of the test group was detected before and after therapy.The local lesions were observed for six months.Results The recurrence rate of experiment group was 22%and 50%of control group.Two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.CD 4^＋and CD 4^＋/CD 8^＋ratio were increased after therapy.Conclusion High-frequency eletro-surgery and pidotimod have good effect on treating condyloma acuminata of female,and it may have relationship with enhancing immunity.
