放疗联合卡培他滨治疗晚期食管癌20例分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察放疗联合卡培他滨治疗晚期食管癌的近期效果和不良反应。方法20例晚期食管癌患者，应用放疗联合卡培他滨治疗，原发灶放疗剂量肿瘤量50Gy／25次，转移灶30Gy／15次，卡培他滨1250mg／（m^2·d），分2次口服，连用14天，为1周期，休息7天，重复上述方案，共用3～4周期。结果20例中部分缓解15例，无变化3例，进展2例。中位缓解期为6．3个月，中位肿瘤进展时间（TTP）7．1个月，中位生存期9．5个月，不良反应均小于Ⅲ级。结论放疗联合卡培他滨治疗晚期食管癌近期疗效肯定，不良反应可以耐受，值得临床推广应用。
