摘要
本文以评价方法论、科学计量学为理论基础,结合国内财经类高校科研工作的特点和现状,运用层次分析法(AHP)构建财经类高校科研绩效评价指标体系。该评价指标体系从科研投入与产出角度着手进行评价,将科研产出分为直接产出和间接产出两类,注重"总量"指标与"均量"指标相结合,从而保证评价体系的科学性、合理性。
On the basis of evaluation theory and scientific metrology, this paper constructs Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to analyze indicator system of performance evaluation of scientific research and integrate theory with practice of financial colleges and universities. The outputs are divided into two categories, direct and indirect, and ＂the gross＂ indicators are concerned with ＂the average＂ indicators simultaneously to ensure the rationality and impartiality of the evaluation indicator system.
