微静脉畸形激光治疗方法及进展 被引量：4

摘要 微静脉畸形,原称鲜红斑痣（nevus flammeus）、葡萄酒色斑（port wine stains,PWS）,为先天性、低血流量的真皮内毛细血管扩张畸形,新生儿发病率约为0.3%,无明显性别差异。传统治疗方法包括硬化剂注射、手术切除、冷冻、放射治疗等,这些方法疗效有限,易产生瘢痕、色素改变等并发症。随着激光医学的发展，先后有多种激光设备成为其治疗的主要方式，本文就激光治疗微静脉畸形的现状和相关问题进展综述如下。
