摘要
椭圆活塞的数控车削对刀具伺服系统的频响和行程具有特殊的要求,介绍以自行研制的直流直线电机为驱动元件的刀具伺服系统。给出直线电机及闭环系统的传递函数,进行控制器的综合,根据活塞加工的特点.采用幅一相补偿控制。分析证明,该方法理论上可实现无差跟踪、正弦信号跟踪特性实验和实际活塞的试切结果表明,该方法应用简单,效果明显。
For the turning of pistons with elliptic cross section, the tool drive must meet the special requirements in frequency response and travel. In this paper, a tool drive is introduced.'key part of which is a specially designed DC linear motor. The transfer functions of the linear motor and the closed-loop system are given and the controller is designed. Based on the characteristics of piston production, the amplitude-phase error compensation is realized. The analysis shows that this method can achieve zero error tracking and the experiments prove that it is effective and easy to use in engineering.
