摘要
依据链片的单点检测法［１］，提出了链片在线测量的多点检测法，对链片塌角的几种可能情况进行了分析，并对实际工作中的测控技术进行了详细的讨论。该方法使链片的在线选出率进一步提高。
This paper introduces a multipoints measurement of chain elements on line based on the simple point measurement,discusses about the edge flaw shape on chain element,and introduces in detail detection and control technique during production.Experiment shows that this measure improves the selecting rate of chain element on line.
