摘要
提出了检测金属平板或边缘塌角的新方法。用He-Ne激光器作为光源,CCD作为光电接收装置,对塌角信号进行检测。并对慢反射光的宽度、最大偏移作了详细的计算和讨论,并讨论了CCD的位置约束关系。此装置体积小,使用灵活,方便。实验表明,它能很好地完成检测、自动分选金属平板或链板的功能,并具有选出率高的特点。还讨论了装置的安装技术要求以及为提高选出率。
A new method for detecting the edge flaw of metal slice or chain element’s slice is introduced in the paper.The edge flaw is detected by using He Ne laser as light source and CCD as photoelectric receiver.The width and the maximal deviation of the reflecting light are calculated and descussed in detail,and the position binding of CCD is also discussed.The device volume is impact and its operating is convenient.The experiments show that it can finish the functions of detecting,automatic selecting metal slice or chain element′s slice,and it has the advantage of high selecting rate. The assembling demands for the device,the raising of the selecting rate and the data processing measures adopted in lowering the false selecting rate are also discussed in the paper.
