摘要
本文介绍了一种依据激光表面散射原理而研制的边缘塌角在线检测装置，采用Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光器作为光源，ＣＣＤ器件接收边缘塌角的散射光，最后用单片机对数据进行进一步处理，实验研究表明，该仪器结构简单，能够满足生产实际需要。
This paper states a new kind of device,which detects the flaw on the edge of chain element's slice on assembly line.Light source is He Ne laser.It uses CCD to accept the signal of flaw.Then it uses the chip microprocessor to process the signal.
