主要探讨了灾害事故医疗救助中医患双方特殊的权利和义务以及救助人员之间的伦理关系原则 。
The article mainly investigates both doctor and patients special right and obligation in natural calamitys medical relief,shows the ethical principles among saviours,then it puts forward some appropriate ethical messures to deal with them.
