摘要
文章首先指出了网络技术发展给高校图书馆的运作管理带来的两大矛盾,需要从传统服务方式转变为现代资源共享服务模式。在阐述我国高校图书馆信息资源共享现状基础上,对存在的主要问题进行了深入分析。由此对组织管理、统筹规划、规范建设、统一平台、科学评估、宣传培训、公益服务等方面的实施策略提出了独到的见解。
Firstly, the thesis pointed out two sides of corflicts about university library operation and management which were brought by the development of internet technology. Thus we have to vary the traditional service ways into a pattern of sharing modem resources. Then on the base of expanding about the present situation of university library information resources sharing in China, the thesis analyzed the main existing problems, and proposed original opinions about the carrying out policy which included organization and management, overall planning, building with code, unifying platform, scientific evaluating, propagating and training, public service, and so on.
