摘要
BALIS原文传递服务启动两年来,经历着筹建、宣传和发展等阶段,文章试图在回眸BALIS原文传递服务发展历程的基础上,介绍一些BALIS原文传递服务的发展对策,力求为探讨地域性原文传递服务发展对策起到抛砖引玉的作用。
In the last two years, the BALIS document delivery system grew up through the preparation, promotion and development since its start up. In this paper, the author introduces some countermeasures helping BALLS document delivery in the last two years to lind the useful ways to develop the regional document delivery system. But this is only a little, there must be better ways following up.
