图书馆的功能和区域创新体系的特点决定,图书馆在区域创新体系的建设中具有特别重要的意义,地方政府应当高度重视图书馆的建设。
The function of the library and characteristic of the regional innovative system determine the important significance of library, so the local government should pay close attention to the construction of the library.
