摘要
采用Control Build软件搭建完整的轧机和各子系统模型,仿真热轧轧机单机架,为编写和调试可下载到多种常用PLC中的控制程序提供通用平台。根据生产现场提供的数据进行仿真,对控制参数(PID参数)进行调节以提高仿真精度。结果证明该仿真系统具有较高的精度,使用Control Build软件做仿真校验,缩短了现场调试时间,提高了生产线灵活性。
Build the complete mill and sub-system model with Control Build software, the procedures is written by which could be directly downloaded to a variety of commonly used PLC. Simulate the stand-alone frame of hot rolling mill to provide a common used platform for writing and debugging the control procedure which could be downloaded to many kinds of commonly used PLC. The simulation is based on the industrial production data. Adjust the control parameters(PID parameters)to advance the accuracy of simulation. The result demonstrates the high accuracy of the simulation system. The use of Control Build software conduces to short the on-site debugging time and to enhace the flexibility of production line.
