摘要
介绍实现电液伺服阀用超磁致伸缩转换器的两种方案;分析单GMM转换器电液伺服阀的结构组成和工作原理,用GMA取代传统的力矩马达,大大提高了伺服阀的动态响应速度和精度;同时建立该型伺服阀的模型方程,为具体的仿真分析及参数设计提供了理论依据。
Two realization programs of giant magnetostrictive actuator (GMA) for electro-hydraulic servo valve were introduced. The structure and working principle of single GMA were analyzed. GMA is used to replace the traditional torque motor in this servo valve and the dynamic response velocity and precision were greatly enhanced. The model equations of the servo valve were built which provided basis for later dynamic simulation and parameter design.
