摘要
With the sustained rapid growth of the Chinese national economy, there is an increasingly urgent demand for the major technological equipment for various industries. This equipment contains large amounts of heavy castings and forgings which characteristically have complex shape and special demand for properties. China First Heavy Industries （CFHI） started, from the end of 2007, a project of technical reconstruction to build a world-class cast and forged steel base, with a total investment of RMB 4 billion yuan.
